About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Louisville Guest Services website and the bookings you make through it. By using the site or booking an experience, you agree to them. They are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by your own attorney before you rely on them.
Planning and quotes
Itineraries, experiences, and pricing shown on the site are curated starting points. Final details and pricing are confirmed with you before any charge. Some prices are estimates and may change based on dates, group size, availability, and the specific experiences chosen.
Bookings and payments
Card payments are processed securely through Square. When you book a package or experience, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
Some bookings are secured with a deposit or hold; the remaining balance is confirmed and billed separately by your concierge. Deposits are credited toward your total.
Changes and cancellations
Because experiences involve third-party distilleries, venues, drivers, and vendors, cancellation and change terms vary by booking and are shared with you at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible about any change; some deposits and vendor fees may be non-refundable.
Third-party experiences
We coordinate experiences delivered by independent distilleries, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other vendors. Their own terms, schedules, and policies apply to the services they provide.
Responsible enjoyment
Bourbon experiences are intended for guests of legal drinking age. Guests are responsible for enjoying responsibly and following venue rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louisville Guest Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for acts, delays, or omissions of third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the current one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
